Taylors Open Day: Taylors School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts

I am a final year student studying in Taylors Business School, School of Accounting and Finance and I wanted to know more about other schools in Taylors and hence I decided to attend Taylors Open weeks ago. I came across Taylors School of Hospitality and Tourism and I must say, what Taylors has was awesome! Besides the fact that I got lost in their huge state-of-the-art kitchen. . . . .

I almost salivated looking at the dish created by the students (who were actually undergoing their final exams on that day itself). Nothing beats catching these students in action! They all looked so professional, running up and down the hallway, busying away. . . .

One of the student that were rushing down the hallway with four plates on him, managed to stop and pause while i take a photo. . .!haha!

It was funny, and I had my friend’s Nikon D70 and forgive me if some photos turn out really bad. My nikon wasn’t behaving like it should and it was difficult to handle it and hence, wasted alot of time on just adjusting the ISO and the shutter speed (seriously, I don’t even know what i am talking about now). Anyway, what took place last saturday wasn’t like any other Open day held by other universities. Read on, and you’ll see what i mean =)
